We all struggle to find ourselves, to spread our wings, and to come out of our shells. The figure as it rises, struggles to stand while still be tied to life while coming out of the cocoon.

The first of a few pieces in my current untitled series about breaking free and taking control of life.

That's a really cool concept. I like how its wings look a little gangly and wilted, makes it look even more as if it has just hatched into being. I really like this.
